The other day when our creek decided to swell, we were flooded in. No one could go out and no one could come in. The creek became a raging river. Yesterday the creek went down enough so that the roads were clear. We really have a mess. The creek sites look awful and muddy. We all have to work hard to get this mess cleaned up. All of our sites are booked for the weekend. We were able to go out yesterday to go to the bank and do some shopping. We really need a few days of hot sunny weather.
Tuesday, the day after Memorial Day we have the "20 group" coming in. The 20 group is a group of KOA owners that go to different KOA's and stay and judge the KOA they are staying at. We are trying to get ready for that as well as the busy weekend. John and Judy are in a panic trying to make everything look great. I don't think they will have a problem, this place is beautiful. It's going to be a busy week!!
Good news: it has been about a week and my knee feels much better. The cortisone injection seems to be working. Thanks for reading, life is good........
