Happy Father’s Day!

Father’s day weekend here at the campground was great!  Our campers were very happy campers. 

The weather was absolutely gorgeous!  The days were warm and sunny without much humidity and the nights were nice and cool. Great sleeping weather as they say.

All of our activities and events went well. The beer and wine social was a huge hit.

Our campers enjoyed the weather by fishing, canoeing, cooking out and sitting by the campfire.

As always, the magic show and the wagon ride was a very popular event.

I always have fun working here at the campground. I had the weekend of from my job at the mall,   having the weekend of from a retail job and working here was like a mini vacation!

TC and I both worked from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm and had the rest of the day off, so we could also enjoy all of the activities and events. We cooked out on the grill and sat by the campfire and had a great weekend.

Tomorrow is another day, and back to work I go at the mall (ugh)!

 

All of you folks out there enjoy spending time with your dad when ever  you can, and all of you dads out there, keep up the good work!

I lost my dad 3 years ago and think of him each and everyday. He is now my guardian angel!
