From Water View To Water Front!

our view....
Yeehaw, we  just hit the jack pot! We are now living on "water front" property! We recently only had "water view" property, we feel so rich right now. I hope our taxes won't go up.  We don't have far to go fishing, and we're thinking about buying a boat!  We are flooded in for the day. At least the ducks are happy!
Our road
It looks like we will staying here at the campground for the day.  The road going and coming from the campground is completely underwater.

The Conococheague Creek should be back to normal sometime tomorrow afternoon. The weather has been crazy all over the place. My heart goes out to everyone in Japan.

one of our tent sites...........
Whenever I'm stuck at home I like to cook. Yesterday  I put a beef roast, baby red potatoes and some carrots in the crock pot. I made a pineapple, apple cobbler for dessert. It looks like we will have hot roast beef sandwiches with gravy for dinner tonight.

I'd think that catfish, frog legs, or turtle soup would be more in line with yer new upscale homesite.

That's a lot of water. What with the road being flooded at least you know you wouldn't be getting any blog readers inviting themselves for dinner. I can smell the pot roast cooking already. Hope you enjoyed the solitude for day.
