We have a group coming in for the weekend here at the campground. It's not a busy as it has been, but for November it is pretty busy.

Job Hunting!
Today I decided to go out and look for a winter job. I went to the Prime Outlets in Hagerstown. They had a list of the stores that needed help. I came home with a stack of applications. As I was having some lunch I filled out 3 of the applications and took them back to the stores. I couldn't believe that two of the stores wanted me to start work tomorrow. I can't do that because I'm working here until the end of November. This is so overwhelming.
Looking for a job is going to make me crazy. I'm sure it will all work out. Apparently there are a lot of places looking for help. Most of them are looking for seasonal help. I've been doing some online applications and will do some more of the in person applications. It has been years since I had to fill out a job application. I really would like to have a job for the winter, this is going to be an experience.

wow..that's pretty quick finding a job..the perfect one will come along when you are ready!
At least it doesn't sound like you'll have trouble getting a job when you're ready for one!
Sounds like there are at least some jobs out there. The right one will be in there somewhere.

Just found your blog thru Mike & Gerri's. I was drawn to it because you're in Maryland and we're originally from Howard County, Maryland. It's always fun to read about our home thru others' eyes. I went back and read a few of your older posts as well. Enjoy!
Just goes to show that people could be working, if they just put a little effort in to it, like you are doing. With your work ethic I am sure you will find the one that suits you.
