Pirate and Princess Weekend!

This weekend was pirate and princess weekend. We had tye dye, find the gold coins, island sand art, the pirate's made a pirate ship and the princess's made tiaras in the craft room. We also had wine glass or beer stein painting, jewelry making, a wagon ride, a magic show, a family movie and a lollipop hunt. Wow, no wonder we have so many happy campers!

The children just love to camp here, there is always so much to do. The parents love it also, keeping the children busy is a good thing.
The employee's love to work here, we get to dress up and make people happy.

"workampers" Amanda and Steve dressed up for the pirate - princess wagon ride.

We have two more big weekends to go, then we can all take a breather for a few weeks. Our biggest month is coming, October is going to be a busy, fun time for everybody. It looks like this is going to be a great place to see all of the spooks of Halloween and the colors of fall.

Would you say that a lot of your campers are return customers, or is it a new batch every weekend? :)

Judy, we do get return customers every year, and some of them come many times a year. Our weekends are full of new campers. This weekend we have some campers from England and Germany, they fly over here and rent RV's. Isn't that a great way to see our country!

I am so impressed with your campground. It is indeed a great place to be! I can only imagine the fun the kids have with all the activities. How long of a committment do the workampers have to make to work there?
