The Virigina Horse Center!

With breathtaking views and pristine grounds, a 4,000-seat coliseum, 8 barns to accommodate 1,200 horses, 18 show rings, 2 large indoor arenas, internationally rated cross-country jumping and combined carriage driving courses, the 600-acre Virginia Horse Center in Lexington is the crown jewel of the Commonwealth’s equine industry. The internationally renowned center serves as a venue for more than 80 events a year including horse shows, rodeos, dog shows, BMX racing and the Rockbridge Regional Fair.

We had a nice time at the Virginia Horse Center, this place is huge. Not much going on today. They gave us a schedule of events. We will go back one evening when they have shows going on. We were impressed with the whole operation.
TC didn't feel like a fancy lunch today, so we went to the Waffle House and had omelets. I had a veggie omelet and TC had a chili cheese omelet. They were pretty good.

Hi - We've been following your blog for awhile now, so today we signed on as followers. Looks like you two are settled into your camp "job" nicely. Are you planning on staying there for the winter?
