The Ducks Are Happy!

I keep saying to myself, "I won't complain about all of the rain we are getting. I know the people down south would love to have this rain compared to the rain they are getting". Yahoo, we did have a few hours of sun today and we enjoyed every minute of it.

I went to visit my mom today and I always have a good day when I can spend time with mom. We stayed at her house and printed out some pictures on her printer. My mom has more picture albums that anyone that I know. We all have a great time when we get together and look over the years of pictures. What great memories! After printing the pictures, we went to the mall and had lunch with my sister, Robin. I'm so blessed to have my family and I thank God each and every day!

I came back to the campground and found out that the ducks are truly happy with this wet weather. The last duck picture is a picture of our "pet" ducks in the goldfish pond here at the campground. There are no more goldfish, we think the ducks were very hungry and ate them. We are now selling duck food for 50 cents a bag to in our camp store to feed these ducks. They are becoming very fat little duckies.

All of the other pictures are ducks in the Conocochegue creek. The Potomac River is flooded and starting to back up into the creek, now this creek is starting to look more like a river.  I pray we don't have any flooding over the weekend.
