Into Each Life Some Rain Must Fall!

We have certainly had our share of rain this week, I can’t remember the last time I saw the sun.  Last night we even had some snow and sleet.

These rainy days make me sooo lazy.........
Once again I’m stuck in the house and decided to do some cooking. I’m making a Mexican Lasagna. I’ve made this a few times before, I never make it the same way twice. Sometimes I use real lasagna noodles and sometimes I use flour tortillas. Tonight I’m using the flour tortillas.

lasagna~~ did I hear someone say lasagna?
We have been a little bit busy here at the campground with the “snow birds” that are travelling back north. They usually only stay for one night. The "snow birds" look so relaxed and tan. Maybe next winter we will be "snow birds".

TC felt much better today and went back to work. I had the day off and decided to make a doctors appointment. This crud that I have, has lasted way too long. Maybe the good doc will give me a magic pill and make me all better. My appointment is scheduled for tomorrow morning.

I want my mom to feel better
and the rain to stop
so we can go on long walks......

I'm thinking I might have a sinus infection or something and in need some antibiotics. Tomorrow is another day and it will be a great day......

To all of you dog lovers out there, I had to share this video, it's adorable, enjoy.........

I love that video, I got it in the email this week too! I used to have a much loved yellow lab named Odie that would do that with her mouth. The first time she did it she was just a puppy and we were alarmed because we thought she was "snarling" at us. Fortunately she was in a puppy training class and the instructor explained that that was called a "submissive grin"

She got bone cancer at age 4 or 5 and had half of her lower jaw removed. But she could still "smile" at us.

That video makes me miss her so much.

Jodie doesn't look like she is very bothered with the weather. She is looking pretty darn comfortable. Hope you ae feeling better.

There are those of us here in the Puget Sound region that think the sun may be gone forever...
