I'm Talking Turkey Again!

I wanted to make something different on this cool day. I decided to make some  white turkey chili!  The recipe looked real interesting to make, one of the ingredients was hominy.  I'm not a hominy lover but it sure was good in this chili. This recipe has a lot of garlic and cilantro, TC loves garlic but he usually is not a fan of cilantro. It was good and hardy, and I think TC loved it as he ate three bowls.

white turkey chili, dressed with some lime, sour cream and avocado

Today was a pretty good day as far as weather goes. Jodie and I did a lot of walking. It was a sunny day and it got warmer as the day went on. Tomorrow and the next day are supposed to be wet and cold. I need to think of something new to make. I love to cook when the weather is nasty out.

I think the lime, sour cream, and avacado added a lot! :)
