A Beautiful Day In The Trailerhood!

I have today off and it is beautiful out. The sun is shining and the temperature is 56 degrees! It's a bit breezy out, but I love it! Jodie and I went for a long walk and took some pictures. I made a pot of "stuffed pepper soup". If you like stuffed peppers you would love this soup. I'm baking some french rolls to go with the soup.

I like the different colors in this picture
I'm not sure, but I think this is a birch tree,
the white bark looks good with the blue sky

these little  daffodils poking out of the ground
is a true sign that Spring is just around the corner
A nice dinner with homemade stuffed pepper soup, toasty french rolls and  a nice glass of merlot ..... could life be any better?

When we still had our house in TN, I always looked forward to the daffodils - then I knew warm weather was far off. That looked like a birch tree to me too.

That tree looks like a sycamore to me, but whatever it is, it is beautiful. I would like the recipe too.
