Training, Tests And More Training!

I've had many jobs so far in my life, and never been through so much training. My training for the jewelry department was lengthy and tough. Now I'm training for the drapery department, talk about tough, I have so much to learn.  Number one, I don't like drapes. I've always decorated my homes with blinds and very little window treatments. Number two, I honestly don't care what people put on their windows. I guess I will have to change my attitude or this job won't work.

I'm a little stressed out
I've been a bank teller, a daycare provider and worked in a pharmacy and never had this kind of training. It seems a bit weird to me, a daycare provider is responsible for children, a bank teller is responsible for a lot of money and working at a pharmacy, you are selling drugs!

By the the time I'm finished with all of this training, I will be the expert on all window treatments! YAY!

I'm sure as time goes by, I will be very comfortable and happy with what I'm doing. I'm told that you can make great money in the drapery department, that is a definite plus.

If I'm diamond certified and drapery certified, does that make me certifiable?

Thanks for reading, life is good..................

I am not sure if there is such a thing as too much training. If those folks doing the polar bear swim are not certifiable, you should be okay :)
