Yesterday was a normal day. The group of nasty people left and all we had to do was clean up after them. It took a lot of cleaning but we have things back to normal.
After work last night I made some stuffed zucchini and grilled some corn on the cob. It was a great dinner. After cleaning up I turned into a couch potato. It's great to relax and go to bed early. I'm only working until 2:30 today. Hopefully the weather will cool down a bit so Jodie and I can go for a long walk. It's so steamy out and no rain in the forecast. This heat really gets to Jodie, she just wants to go outside to use the bathroom and come back in. We had some folks in from Canada the other day and they told me it is just as hot there. Summer is going by fast and soon we will all be talking about the cold. Thanks for reading, life is good...................

I agree with Judy....that zucchini looks delicious!! I have never made stuffed zucchini before but now I will look for a recipe. :)
