At the Pink Cadillac Diner, along with King Kong crushing an airplane, Humpty Dumpty sits creepily near the entrance.
Inside the diner you can find a bronze statue of Elvis, cardboard cut-outs of The Duke and James Dean, a big stuffed pink flamingo, photos from yesteryear, and more. The food is good and varied, consisting of burgers, chicken sandwiches, chili, chili dogs, and liver. They have beer and hand-dipped ice cream as well.

Pink Cadillac's decor salutes its mid-century theme. The main dining area is chockful of movie star head shots, old-style advertisements, and authentic touches such as poodle skirts, a vintage gas pump and an old-school juke box. A second room is set up as a genuine ice cream parlor. The final room would have the King "all shook up" with Elvis memorabilia galore.
We had a nice lunch in the "Elvis room" TC had a hot pastrami sandwich and I had some yummy catfish.
