It has been pouring buckets all last night and all day long. This storm apparently has two names: Tropical Depression Sixteen/Tropical Storm Nicole. I don't understand the two name deal, but I know one thing, I can't wait until it goes away! We have tornado warnings and flash flood warnings, I can live without that.
This little guy sure loves the rain |
What do you get when you cross a frog with a duck? a fruck! |
Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass…
it’s about learning how to dance in the rain!
So, I will pour myself a glass of red wine and go dancing in the rain. Thanks for reading, life is good..........

Stay Safe
You guys stay close to someone that has a boat..
I'm with you on watching Yucky TV.
It's not easy when you share a living room with someone who watches stuff you'd rather not. All too often we grump at each other because I Have Standards. Can you see the Halo around my self righteousness, *smile*
Why fill your eyes and ears with stuff that isn't good? There's enough horror in the world. A little nice fantasy makes a good change. I love watching Golden Oldie films when they had standards of language and sexual content. The violence and gore common today was hardly even seen in horror movies. I usually look first at the year a book was copyrighted before I decide to read. I'm so tired of picking up a book that I think I'll enjoy only to find a focus on explicit sex. Who Needs?
Sometimes the old stuff is Hokie but at least it doesn't offend.
Frucky! well who knew?
Love the frog joke. You have such a great sense of humor. Stay safe...
Be safe with Nicole over there on the East Coast! Good luck.
I have the same problem, Donna loves all the Crime and Punishment, TCI, Cops, Me after 37 years in Law enforcement could care less if I ever see a police car again. Now on the other hand I love movies I have taken of trains, but I am sure Donna could care less, simple solution, two tv sets. And plenty of compromise, it works here. Be safe out there. Sam & Donna.
I've been watching that storm on the news - sure looks like a lot of rain. Nothing wrong with 'fairy tales'.
