We had some showers yesterday, but, never the less, the campers just piled in. This weekend is "50's" weekend. We will Tye dye t-shirts, have a bubble gum blowing contest, sand art and wine glass painting in the craft room, DJ Mike with 50's music and trivia will entertain us, a hula hoop contest and a wagon ride. Whew, is this fun or what?

Even though we had a rainy day, we all had a good time. Robbie and his friend Joe love fishing in the creek. Reed likes the creek also!

Melissa (Robbie's girlfriend) came after she got off work to camp for the weekend. We ordered pizza from the diner and enjoyed every bite. Tonight we will have a cookout and a campfire. I don't have to go into work tomorrow until 2:30. Today I working from 8:00 until 12:00 noon, did the same thing yesterday. Easy working days, but getting up early makes me want to go to bed early. I remember the good old days when it didn't matter how much sleep I had. Time goes on and life is good.........

I'm like you, campgrounds are fun rain or shine. Sounds like a lot of activites for the campground. Gerri & I had pizza yesterday too. We went to Mellow Mushroom... can't beat good pizza.
